Bay Area Moving and Storage is a professional moving company that takes the stress out of your move. Whether you are moving a couple pieces of furniture or a 6,000 square foot house, and whether you are moving across the street or across the county, we are ready to help you.
Bay Area Moving and Storage is licensed by the State of Florida, and we carry full insurance on our employees, vehicles, and your possessions.
I started Bay Area Moving and Storage after being mistreated by the company I hired to move me from New Jersey to Tampa. Based on that experience, I decided to make these 2 promises to every customer:
Simple, straight-forward pricing
For long distance moves, I will view the job in person, and then provide a written, guaranteed fixed price. If you agree to hire us, we sign a contract for that price, and there will be no other charges and no surprises. For local moves, we charge a fixed service fee (generally $150 or $200) for the job, plus a $50 hourly charge per mover. It's that simple. Always. We don't EVER charge extra for fuel, weight, or any other gimmicks that other companies sometimes use.
Professional Movers
If you hire us, every person who works on your move, from packing to moving to cleaning, is a full time employee of Bay Area Moving and Storage who has been trained by us before working on any customer moves.
